|
The author reviewed theoretical and practical aspects of psychoanalytic psychotherapy. To clarify the significance of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, historical origin and development of psychoanalysis was examined briefly. In the western psychoanalysis, increasingly practical flexibility is stressed rather than strict adherence to original theory.
